ANSWERS TO COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE WOMAN EVOLVE BOOK CLUB

1. WHAT IS THE WOMAN EVOLVE BOOK CLUB, AND WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP?

The Woman Evolve Book Club is a monthly subscription box and membership, which contains one "Book of the Month" and a gift. The monthly subscription includes access to our private Facebook Group and a monthly virtual Book Club Meeting with Sarah Jakes Roberts. In addition, you will receive digital book-related materials and discussion questions from Sarah Jakes Roberts and Woman Evolve along with other special bonuses and surprises.


2. HOW WILL THE BOOK, READING PLAN, AND DISCUSSION QUESTIONS BE DELIVERED?

You will receive a box monthly via the US Postal Service, containing your book and gift. The book-related materials and discussion questions will be available as PDF files for viewing and/or viewing from the Woman Evolve Book Club website setup solely for members. There will also be a link to the website within the Private Facebook Group.


3. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE BOOK, READING PLAN, AND DISCUSSION QUESTIONS?

If you register for the Woman Evolve Book Club on or before the 9th of the month, you'll receive your Woman Evolve Book Club Box for the following month by the end of that month . (For example, if you order on or before January 9th, you will receive your February box product by January 31st.) The reading plan and discussion questions will be delivered to you on the 1st of each month.


4. HOW DO I ACCESS THE WOMAN EVOLVE BOOK CLUB FACEBOOK GROUP?

Once you have paid for your monthly Woman Evolve Book Club subscription, you will receive an email with your invitation to join the private Facebook Group for the Woman Evolve Book Club. If you have already paid for your subscription, you can access the group by clicking the button below.


5. WHAT IF I ALREADY OWN THE SELECTED BOOK OF THE MONTH?

Your subscription includes one other items plus the book-related materials. Our hope is that you would read the book again as it may be a new experience with the book-related materials and with your peers on the Facebook Group. You may then want to share your book with family and friends.


6. CAN I PLACE MY ACCOUNT ON “PAUSE,” OR CHOOSE WHICH MONTHS I WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN?

You will now need to email us to cancel your subscription.

Or if you need to place your account on hold for 1 month, use the ‘submit subscription pause request’ button below. After you have been paused for 1 month, you will need to email us to either reinstate or to cancel your subscription.


7. WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY BOOK CLUB BOX?

If for some reason you do not receive your Book Club box for the month, please you can contact us here so that we are able to track your shipment or send you a new shipment immediately.


8. CAN I PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP FOR SOMEONE ELSE? IF SO, HOW?

You may purchase a subscription on behalf of someone else. In order to do so, you will need to make sure that it is a purchase on it's own. (You will not be able to purchase two different subscriptions on one order) When you create the account for the subscription, there is an option that you select: IS THIS A GIFT? Check the box next to it and proceed with your order.


9. CAN I TRANSFER MY MEMBERSHIP TO ANOTHER PERSON?

This is not an option that we offer. If you would like, you may cancel your membership and create a new account to gift a membership to someone of your choice.


10. I TRIED TO SIGN UP FOR THE BOOK CLUB, HOWEVER, MY PAYMENT FAILED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We ask that you contact your bank first to make sure there wasn't a "HOLD" placed on the card. (Some times the bank will do this if they believe there is a fraudulent transaction trying to go through on the card.) If that is not the case, please re-enter your information to make sure there were no entry mistakes made. If the card still fails, please contact us here.


11. I AM HAVING TROUBLE ACCESSING MY ACCOUNT. HOW DO I REGAIN ACCESS?

Your Welcome Letter has the link to access your Member Account. If you have deleted the email, you may also access the member account HERE. If you forgot your password, you may reset it by selecting "Forgot your password?" on the Member Login Page.


12. AFTER I SIGN UP, WHEN WILL I BE BILLED FOR MY BOOK CLUB SUBSCRIPTION EACH MONTH?

After you sign up for the Woman Evolve Book Club, you will be billed for subsequent boxes on the 10th of every month. For example, if you signed up for January’s book box on December 16, your card will be billed for February’s book box on January 10.


13. HOW DO I UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?

You are able to change your credit card information by entering your Membership Account and editing the payment information you provided. Make sure you save your changes prior to exiting your Membership Account.
